REFUND POLICY

I understand there are NO REFUNDS for errors made in the registration process or being unable to attend the event for any reason. I may substitute another person for my registration if I am unable to attend. In the event the youth conference is cancelled by organizers, then and only then I will receive a full refund.

YOUTH LEADER RESPONSIBILITY

As a youth leader, I will obtain signed parent/guardian permissions, liability waivers, AND media releases for each student I bring to the conference according to my church's regulations. I will also be responsible for supervision of my students at all times. Event organizers will not be responsible for any damage I or my students cause, nor will they be responsible for my actions or any of my students.
